At the age of 16 I followed my Grandfather and Father into the Piano industry.
I attended a course at the then London College of Furniture.
Then I went to work for an English Piano company called Danemann where I learned to manufacture and tune the instruments.
A move to Knights pianos in Essex, helped me progress to fine tuning and finishing pianos before delivery.
From there I won a Bursary From The Arts Council of Great Britain to train at Steinway and Sons to become a Concert Technician.
On completion of my training I set up my own business in the mid eighties and have workshops in Berkshire and Kent.
